Because of the recent attacks and media storm in Norway, as mentioned in my last blog, we have taken a fresh look at the timeline and concluded that some parts were not as complete and thoroughly documented as they should have been. To avoid further misunderstandings, we have decided to take the timeline down for now and work on a more complete and better documented version, which we will publish later.
