The picture above was taken in Bergen, Norway. Our whole family was together there at a time when our son Sonni was leading our Luke 10 school, and our son-in-law Joshua was one of the main teachers at the school. It was so beautiful to serve together as a family. Everyone has now left Norway and is stepping into a new season of mission where they are.

As I shared in my recent newsletter, we are now on our way out of Norway after spending more than two and a half months, mainly in the city of Bergen, where we held a Luke 10 School while at the same time working with the churches, we can truly say it has been a very fruitful season in many ways.

We will be returning again in the new year to continue what God has already begun. What we have seen during this season has been truly beautiful—and deeply confirming.

From Jail to Vision, From Vision to Fruit

During my time in jail, God gave me a very clear vision for the church.

That vision later became a teaching series called Keys of Effective Discipleship.

I recorded this teaching series in Mexico, where I worked closely with pastors and leaders. The fruit there was immediate and powerful. Churches were transformed, leaders were strengthened, and discipleship moved from theory to practice.

Now, four months after leaving Mexico, we can testify that this fruit is not only lasting—it is still growing. Many new initiatives are happening in Mexico. Teams are trained and sent out to help churches all over Mexico, to reach the lost and to make disciples. Now they are doing a missionary school, which I am very excited about, starting next year. What we planted there is running without us—and that is true discipleship.

And Now We Can Testify: It ALSO Works in Norway

What God showed me in jail…
What we tested and lived out in Mexico…
We have now brought into churches in Norway, especially over the last two months.
It began in Jail, then Mexico, now Norway—and soon, I believe, it will spread across Europe and the USA.

And it has truly been amazing.

One of my first focuses was simple: To bring people back to their first love—to get people on fire again.

After just three weeks, one pastor said something that deeply touched me. He shared that the faith now stirring in the church, the testimonies coming in, the boldness of people praying for others, and people coming to faith—he had to go 25 years back to the last time he saw anything like this. That was when the church was first planted.

Something shifted. And it wasn’t only in that church. Every church we worked with is testifying to the same thing:

People are returning to their first love
People are taking steps they have never taken before
People are doing things they never did before
And therefore seeing things they never saw before

We have seen more healing, more freedom, and more people coming to faith, filled with the Holy Spirit.

The last two months have been truly beautiful.

Over the next few weeks, we will be sharing more testimonies from Norway—both from what God has been doing in the churches there and from the times we have worked together closely with pastors and leaders. You will also hear from the pastors themselves.

There are many stories of lives being changed, faith being stirred, and churches stepping into something new, and we look forward to sharing these testimonies with you.

We are also planning to launch a podcast at the beginning of the new year, where we will go much deeper into this journey. In the podcast, we will share openly about the work we are now doing with churches, the lessons we are learning, and what we believe God is saying and doing in this season.

Doors Are Opening Across Norway

Because of what God has done in Bergen, doors are now opening in other cities. All the churches we worked with are ready to continue this journey with us.

That is why we have decided that at the beginning of the new year, we will return to Norway and spend five more months living in Bergen—but this time we will also travel more throughout Norway, working with other churches.

When I first came to Bergen, there were some skeptics. I could share testimonies from Mexico, and we spent time together getting to know each other. Trust grew—and they were ready to walk with us. Now, when I meet pastors in other cities, the situation is different. The skeptics have already heard the stories of what God has done in Bergen. The Word has gone before us. Hearts are already prepared.

Not Only for Norway—But for Europe and Soon in the US

I truly believe that what God is doing in Norway is not only for Norway.

It will spread from city to city—and beyond.

I believe this is for Europe. Yes—even for the whole world.

This is the time to be the church God has called us to be.

Not only hearers of the Word—deceiving ourselves—but doers of the Word.

A Personal Update

Regarding my jail case and my situation in the United States:

There has been no new information for several months. I am still waiting, hoping, and praying that the case will be taken up again—so my name can be cleared and I can re-enter the U.S.

I believe there is still work God wants me to do there.

At the same time, I am convinced that Europe is where I am called to be in this season, and that God is doing something very important here right now.
